Events are held and run by CRDM USA affiliated schools. By attending any said events, all dancers, parents/guardians and attendees release and hold harmless Cumann Rince Dea Mhease (CRDM), it’s members, board, associates and operators from any and all liability, claims, demands, and causes of action whatsoever, arising out of or related to any loss, damage, or injury, including death, that may be sustained by the participant and/or the undersigned, while in or upon the premises or any premises under the control and supervision of Cumann Rince Dea Mhease (CRDM) its owners and operators, while observing/participating in/watching any virtual/live online/digital content produced by Cumann Rince Dea Mhease (CRDM), or in route to or from any of said premises.
